• Hello there, If you're using a Fire TV, On the Xfinity remote, hold setup until you see the green light at the top, key in 11524, then press power to turn TV off. Press power again to turn tv on again and volume, channel, and switching inputs should work from the Xfinity remote, even when using the Fire Stick/Fire TV.
