“I'm going to try asking this question a second time. Sound is low at highest setting. TV claims 8 watt speakers with immersible surround sound. Best Buy says buy a sound bar. Do others experience low volume at the higher settings?”

Yes my tv is just as low. I need a soundbar as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Granted my space is "25x"20 square feet my sound is loud enough for me to drown out bass from neighbors at 40 up to 90. Anything lower than 40 still is quality sound. On theater setting btw.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you want any type of quality volume with any bass in it, then you will need to purchase a soundbar separately. This goes for any tv that you get nowadays, and has been standard since they started making flat screen TV's years ago. There is no where to put large speakers in to a flat screen tv, hence the need for a soundbar, again...if you want any type of bass or quality sound. The speakers on this tv are not bad at all imo, especially if you are in a smaller bedroom...which is what I have this tv in.

Please try again later.I had same Problem at first ..But when a movie is playing hit star button on remote for extra settings n has audio effect and advance audio settings ..Are several selections to choose from. I found Music mode to be best..I took few photos of screen menu..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No similar sound problems experienced. Perhaps the issue is not with the TV but rather with the input (cable system) or some setting on the TV. Computers have a setting that can raise the level of the sound.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The TV has built in around sound and was too loud so after playing around with the settings I put the sound on TV and it's great. Perhaps you got a lemon, it happens.
