Mine definitely came with a remote. Make sure to look in every nook and cranny of the box and it's packaging.

Please try again later.I did a quick search on Best Buy and couldn't find any remote options but on Amazon I found several remote controls available for sale starting at under $9.00. Another option: Do you have an iOS or Android device? Roku makes a remote control app and it works with this TV. Unfortunately, you may need to setup the TV before the app works which doesn't solve your immediate problem but once it's "paired" you can use your phone or tablet as the TV remote. I can't verify whether the app works or not without setup, but give it a try. I suspect the TV and your iOS or Android device will need to be connected to the same network before the remote will work, though.
