A:AnswerIt should change depending on what resolution the channel you are watching is in. If you are watching a 720p or 1080p broadcast then it should upscale that, just as it is upscaling a 640 by 480 one. To see a true 4k recording, go to youtube and type in 4k demos. If it does not blow you away then you have a problem. :-)
A:AnswerThis sounds like what happened to me. The remote is defective and you should either contact the manufacturer to get a replacement or buy a universal remote that works with Insignia products—worked for me.
