Please try again later.Same as with any smart TV, not necessarily Insignia and not necessarily Fire: you need internet connection, and then use the apps on the TV - either preinstalled, or you can download what you want from the app store. Then depending on what it is, you might or not need a subscription from content providers. I mostly use several things: free TV from the air using RF antenna, free streaming from YouTube and Pandora, and streaming from Prime video/music because I have amazon Prime account, and streaming from Spotify - I used it free for some time but then got a subscription because I don’t like interruptions by ads. But you can find subscriptions for all kinds of stuff, be it movies or music or sports, and stream them.

Find the app that has the movies or sports you want to stream in their list of available apps and download / install it. Once you've got that app downloaded and installed you can open it up and look for the movie or sports broadcast you're trying to stream.
