“So my optical cord and soundbar worked on my previous tv and I just bought this new insignia tv but my sound bar shoots out some high pitch noise instead of the regular audio. My sound bar is also insignia So I don't understand why it's not working. Help”

To change the Audio Output settings go: Home > Settings > Display and Sounds > Audio Output > Turn TV Speakers OFF and Select Digital Audio Format PCM. Or try to use the 3.5 mm Audio Output on the TV.
