Yes it does. I just connected the Insignia sound bar with Bluetooth. It works great. I didn’t have to tweak any settings. It just worked once I turned on speaker, changed to Bluetooth, and then searched for Bluetooth devices on the TV.
No, this model is not Bluetooth enabled.

Yes and No. It appears to support Bluetooth input devices like mice and keyboard, but it will NOT find/sync with either of my two BT headsets. However, both headsets sync with a 10 year old Vizio? Really Insignia?! Disappointed.
Mine DOES NOT. It has wifi but not bluetooth. Even when you search on bestbuys website for a bluetooth enabled tv , this model DOES NOT come up.
