“If I connect my Rexton hearing aids via Bluetooth, can others still hear the TV? I also have a Smart Connexx device that connects to my hearing aids via Bluetooth & a hardwire connection to the TV. Would that allow others to hear the TV?”

This TV supports only one Audio Output at any time. If you connect an external audio device the TV speakers will automatically turn off. Try to use a 3.5 mm splitter to connect two audio devices to the same audio output. David M. - Insignia Support
