“I just got this TV. The time on the TV says its 2:13 am on 6/28/18. Today is 01/07/19. Also the TV guide does'nt appear to work. Is this normal? I do not have the internet but l my other TVs do not have this issue.”

That stinks I didn't run into any problem , I am pretty sure you have to have internet to have Amazon Firestick I very well could be wrong! But I believe you should call best buy as it sounds like tv is messed up? I get geek squad on everything no matter how small item so I can be less stressex!
