• .While the legs of the stand are pretty far apart I successfully placed the TV on a smaller table with a relatively inexpensive purchase. I bought a tabletop TV stand on Amazon for less than $25 and mounted the TV to that stand. Works perfect. Plus the stand raises the TV just enough to keep my cable box and small soundbar on the base of the stand without interfering with the picture.
