I use this dehumidifier in a basement with no windows and the dehumidifier does a good job there, so it should be fine in a bathroom. It functions well and should be able to remove the excess moisture.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think it would prevent any water damage but won't work as fast as a direct vent to outside. Also a smaller sized dehumidifier would be better. This would be too large and it also spits back a lot of semi hot air. There are smaller one that would work. Overall I am very happy with it's performance so far in my basement.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes It will reduce humidity in any household area, especially a small area like a bathroom. Remember - all dehumidifiers do put off some heat, so if you keep the door closed it may heat the room a bit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes a dehumidifier should help. I use one in my basement, and not for the dampness usually associated with basements either. I use it there because we have no windows to vert the dryer out of. It works very well for that purpose, so it should help with your situation as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It should work well for you, depending on the size of your bathroom (I'm referring to floor space size) as you don't want to have it in a tight space area. You can set your desired humidity level and when it reaches that point, it automatically shuts off. The water collection container holds about 1-3/4 gallons and the unit will shut off when the container is full. It also has a timer function but I haven't used that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not sure about bathroom, but I have been using it in my basement rec room and has worked well. Tub is a little awkward to remove/install. But the machine has worked as well or better then previous one I had. There are different settings/timers so those features might work for a bathroom.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, this product will work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is only a guess, but it would be a weak YES. Meaning that, for me, this works for me in my basement very well. Moisture is lower and it's not that noisy. In a bathroom, I think you would have two problems. One, would it work quick enough. I don't think so, but it would work over time. Two, could you place it higher so the heated moisture gets to the dehumidifier so it would work at this best. In my house, a fan pulls out the heat in 5 minutes or so, it would never work that fast, in my opinion. Might also be noisy in a small room. Sorry I can't give you a better answer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I USE IT FOR A 20X30 POLE BARN. SO YES, ITS OVER KILL
