“For some reason I can charge it all night and only charge to one battery life it's not that old am I able to bring it in and swap it out for a new one I got it for a gift and have no receipts or box left over from it I really love it please get back to me”

• Sounds like yours is defective. Check to see if cord is tight in charger and device first. If it still gives you issue, I would return for exchange.

• I was having the same problem. I switched to a different charger/cord and it finally charged past 1 bar. It does take a long time to charge though. I put it on the charger at night and it's usually full around noon the next day.
