“I bought an open box model today and it has no sound. I have gone through and done the factory reset and tried adjusting the setting but I have no sound what so ever. Is there something else I can do to fix this issue.”

• Try going into the “Settings”. Go into the “Equipment Control “. Go into “Soundbar”. Go to “Change Soundbar” Down at the bottom of the screen, you see the option for using your remote to remove the Soundbar. Since it was open box, they probably had a Soundbar hooked to it.
