Hi there. The Insignia™ 55" Class F50 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV does not support using the TV speakers and headphones at the same time by default. When you connect headphones—either through Bluetooth or the headphone jack—the TV automatically mutes its built-in speakers.
