This Q&A system on best buy.com is terrible, i cant even reply to your answer. Thus, here is an "answer" that is really just a reply. Pressing and holding the Home button for 3 seconds does not do anything. It does not do anything when I am at the Home screen, and it does not do anything when I am on my game console input. But overall, this begs the question: where is an actual user manual for this TV? Why are these so-called "quick access" shortcuts kept secret from the buying public? The user guide to this TV is completely useless, and is 95% various ways to hook up a DVD player....

Using the included Voice Remote, press and hold the Home button for 3 seconds to display the Quick Access menu, select Info to see the resolution of the video that's playing.
