“We are having issues with the volume going up really loud for some commercials and shows but sounds lower for others even though the volume setting is the same. Is there a way to regulate this?”

• Try this, using the included Voice Remote press and hold for 3 seconds the Home button to launch the Quick Access menu, then go to: Sound > Advanced Settings > TruVolume : Select ON. David M. - Insignia Support

• Have you tried changing the audio settings ? I did notice my tv getting loud during certain commercials. When I changed the audio settings to home theater the sound was better.
