“My insignia tv has sound but no picture . What can I do to fix this? I tried unplugging . It is still black screen and doesn’t reset. My second time asking with no response yet”

Only fix is replacing backlights or replacing tv. This just happened to husband and I about 48 hours ago. If you’re tech savvy backlight replacement may be possible, but I’m not so confident in myself. Good luck!
