“I hit pause and came back to a black screen. Home page loads for a few seconds and then goes black. Had TV about 18 months. Called 877-467-4289 five times yesterday and once today. I hear music. Then ringing. Then silence. Suggestions?”

I basically had the same exact issues! Purchased November 2019. I’m so mad!

Please try again later.Exact same thing, hit pause left for a while came back to a black screen now when it tries to turn back on it flashes the home screen for a split second and then nothing.. I went through the reset procedures and got it to come on one time but since then it won't even flash the home screen, purchased December 2019
