“We purchased the Insignia 55 inch, Smart Fire TV, model #NS-55F30INA22, overall the TV is great, however each hour it seems to automatically switch the input off and goes to a gray screen. I have to switch back to HDMI 1”

Try the Power On feature, when enabled, the TV turns on displaying the last used input. To activate it, go to Settings > Display & Sounds > Power On and select Last Input. For product support please visit https://www.insigniaproducts.com/email-us
