QuestionI bought my insignia 43” smart fire tv In Dec from Best Buy I bought the cable Best Buy rec for this TV The problem is that with sports events when they show replays or close ups of something after the play is over the TV is blurry Why? How can I fix?

QuestionIf I take off the led strip of a 50 inch insignia model NS 50DR620NA18 that’s broken then put on 50 inch insignia model NS 50DF710NA19 will they still work correctly even if bolt pattern is not the same. They are a bit longer but they are both 50 inch

QuestionThis TV won’t stay connected to the internet. Every day I have to put my internet Password in- I have other devices in the area that stay connected. So it is not an internet issue

QuestionI’ve had this tv for a while and I’m going through my display setting on my Xbox series x and it says it does not support watching content in 4K at 50hz and does not support gaming at 120fps is there a way in settings to fix the tv so it will allow it?

QuestionWe got a Insignia 55 inch in April 2019. It is now December 2020 and the TV just shuts off by itself. If we cut the TV off it comes back on by itself. If we are watching a regular tv channel like WLKY news it switches back to NETFLEX home screen.

QuestionDoes anyone have experienced losing the sound while watching videos, movies or playing video games. Just got my tv a few weeks ago and I noticed whenever I’m on it the sounds just goes away and it stay like that for a few seconds and then repeats.
