As long as it takes a standard case PSU it should have no issue. You may want to view the motherboard specs of that desktop to make sure that 24gb of ram is possible.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I haven’t put one in that machine, but looking at pictures of that model, it looks like it does not use a standard power supply. My answer would be no.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Upgrading ram has nothing to do with power supply, harddrives and video yes, depending on what video card your running YES
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It looks like it will mount in that case, but I can't recommend it to go with that specific machine. The 690-00xx is specced with either a GTX 1080 or an RX 580, as well as either an Intel i7 or an AMD R7 CPU, all of which have the potential to overwhelm this PSU after a period of sustained use (especially if you're overclocking). This also begs the question, though; 24GB of RAM is not a typical or generally logical upgrade. Most people don't need more than 8, even fewer need more than 16. If you're upgrading from either of those, you're probably not going to see any performance improvement unless you're running that can saturate way more RAM than can fit in any modern mainstream motherboard- and in that case, you would probably be better served by literally maxing the RAM capacity the motherboard has (filling every slot with the largest RAM sticks the board will recognize).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, this power supply will not work in your computer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, I would not trust this thing to run a patato peeler. Out of the four I had my hands on 2 ended up being bad. I would suggest spending the extra on at least a name brand. As far as what wattage you can do an internet search for PSU calculater to find out what size you need.
