Somebody posted its a 51 inch, not 58. Is this true? null

The screen width (from left to right) is 51.3" and the screen size measured diagonally is 57.5".

no it isn’t true. that person doesn’t know how to measure televisions. TV measurement goes diagonally from one bottom corner to the opposing top corner. if you measure the TVs actual width, yes it’s 51 but the true screen size diagonally is 58. same rule applies to any and all size televisions

The TV is measured diagonally not horizontally. Yes, if you measure it horizontally it will be approximately 51 5/8 but if measured diagonally it will measure 58
