“I purchased this TV a few months ago and apps crash on it all of the time and error out. How do I fix this? Is there a way to update the apps? There is also issues where an app is closed, but there is still audio running in the background.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is under manufacturers warranty for 1 year .. Best Buy will replace it .. no doubt. I use mine along w/ 2 x 55" F50s and a 24"F30 for computer monitors .. flawless, so i can't speak to crashing apps and such. I can say the 58" acts different than the rest .. but the 2 55s arent the same either .. i had one cheerfully replaced but still only one goes to 4k as a monitor (could be limitations of the vid. card idk) Can't beat the image or the price either way. -imho
