QuestionHas anyone else had issues with this TV turning itself on randomly? Mine is doing it. Have already had motherboard replaced for the sound issue and they're ordering another one because the sound issue came back.

- Answer This sound issue can be fixed via FW update and adjusting the sound settings. Here are the steps: First part: Update software to latest version. Step 1: Connect WiFi, go to main menu, select "Settings". Step 2: Select Device & Software. Step 3: Select "About". Step 4: Select Downloading Update. Step 5: Install the software, TV shows software version. Second part: Sound setting after software update: Step 6: Return to main menu, select Settings. Step 7: Select "Display & Sounds". Step 8: Select "Audio Output". Step 9: TV Speaker select ON. When you finish, the sound should be recovered.

QuestionI bought this tv open box and I got a universal remote it works to set the language but once it wants the tv to connect to the remote its telling me to click the home button on remote, I am but its not recognizing it. Do not know what to do?

QuestionDoes this TV require a HDMI cable for it to work & if so does it come with one or do I have to also buy a HDMI cable?

- Answer The set is Wireless, this means you can stream from your modem/router without any cables, you might connect the Antenna cable to the port on the back. No TV would come with HDMI leads as standard. HDMI leads might be used for an external source such as DVD, DVR, AV or sound system etc etc. Cables are much, much faster than WIFI so if you can use cables then its best to use high speed and as short as they need to be. But don't spent lots of money.
