Is the unit safe for a Fitbit watch? Thx null

We charge both Apple and Garmin watches with this device and have had no problems. I'd be very surprised if things were different for a Fitbit.

Yes. It will handle any standard usb or c plug.

Yes, it charges all my different devices including fitness trackers.
