• If the connector for your TV looks like this: [o o) then this cord will work. If your connector looks like this: (o o), then you need the non-polarized version.

• I used it to play a 50" Samsung TV and it works fine.

• That is a question better answered by Toshiba. You have to make sure the cable fits into the power port on the TV. Also the TV has to require 120V AC/ 60Hz.
