• Not directly from the TV to the Speakers. Speakers need to be powered, usually by an amplifier. A TV will generally not have enough power for a speaker.

• As long as your TV has RCA outputs and the source that you're plugging into has the quarter inch headphone jack you're fine it'll be fine this can be used for the TV but it must meet those requirements.
