Having the same issue. The dryer is not running the full time due to the sensor. Clothes come out damp and the load has to be reset.

Unfortunately, I'm not pleased with this dryer at all. I too wondered about the drying sensor. Seems as if it's faulty. Maybe one of the reps will respond.
