YES, THESE CABLES CAN BE CONNECTED TOGETHER TO MAKE A 12-FT CABLE AND WE HAVEN'T NOTICED ANY LAG. HOWEVER, THE KIDS ARE USING IT FOR SNES AND IT WORKS GREAT. I DON'T KNOW IF THERE IS ANY LAG WITH OTHER SYSTEMS.

Considering the cords have one entry and one output end, yes I'd assume you can link them. I saw no lag using 1 with a controller, I don't think you'd get much lag chaining 2 together.
