This cable is not designed to be run inside a wall, but you could if you really wanted to. Be careful not to bend it with too small a radius, and do not have the wire lying on sharp edges that might rub through the insulation. A better solution should be sought. There are numerous adapters for converting an audio/video signal to a socket that could be installed properly in a wall jack and unplugged as the need arises.
