Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.A pot should be a pot. Other pressure cookers use different pots. I chose Best Buy's 6 quart specifically for the easy to order options: pots, lids...Measure your pots diameter, depth to see if it will fit. You want a tight fitting lid, I would not play with lid.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I can verify that this pot does work on the 6-quart Instant-Pot, my sister gave me the Insignia for Christmas a few years ago, which I used all the time, and then gave me her 6-quart Instant-Pot when she upgraded to a larger model. For over a year I would have one sitting on the counter and frequently swapped pots when cooking with no problems. Other Insignia pressure cooker parts are compatible with the Instant-Pot as well, the sealing ring, the vent at the top and the little drip tub at the rear. The lids are quasi compatible but are difficult to remove due to the locking mechanism don't quite line up right. I'm here today just to order a non-stick liner because I gave away the Insignia to my nephew who's moved out onto his own. I gave him the Insignia only because the yogurt making feature on the Instant-Pot is easier and he picked the non-stick pot because its non-stick.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It does NOT work with Crock-Pot Express Pressure Cooker. I think this pot is thinner and a bit smaller than the original inner pot of the Crock-Pot Express Pressure Cooker and it did not pass the water test.
