Turn on, insert material to be shredded.

Open the box. Plug it in and stick paper in it.

Plug it in, turn it on and insert 10 or less pages into the feeder on top....and that should do it!

You might try going to Insignia's website and matching the name and model number to a manual that you can download or print out.

I would let Best Buy know. They may be able to print one out for you. If not, you should be able to find it on the company's website.
