I don't know what paper packs are. So I don't use it. But this can be delivered.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, it doesn't require lubrication sheets as routine maintenance. I doesn't require anything for maintenance outside of emptying the bin when full. This shredder can be shipped and was an option when I purchased it, but the store is local and it was easy to simply pick it up over waiting several days.
