• try checking to see if there is any paper stuck ,, then spray a little lubricate in there it might help ie wd-40

• return to store , get another one ......if i'am not mistaken there is a 2 week return period.. have mine for like a month , shredded boxes of papers , works fine ....

• The head of the machine must be seated I. The correct position. Only one way to feed the paper in. It will do the job great if used as directions state.
