The internal dimensions are 12.9" x 11.3" x 9.4". You can use a baking pan 12.9" x 10.7". The bake function uses the bottom and upper heating elements. This unit has a Broil function.

As for pan size, so far I just made brownies in an 9x9 & cookies using the rack with heavy duty foil (triple layer thick) as a pan for cookies. I still need to shop for pans. Some glassware says not for toaster ovens.

It comes with a baking pan that you are supposed to use. There are 2 rack positions, so your food doesn't have to be right on top of the heating element. There are 3 cooking choices, toast, broil and bake. Broil has only the top element turned on, the other 2 functions use both heating elements. Toast is full on heat top & bottom. Bake adjusts heat according to temperature chosen.
