The interior is made of galvanized sheet and zin-coat, not non-stick. The drip pan is aluminum. There is no plastic/rubber inside the hot area. Part of the handle is plastic.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The interior walls appear to be brushed stainless steel. It is NOT Non-Stick. The best bet is to clean the interior after each use when cool to prevent burnt on grease stains which are more difficult to remove.
