Are the trays and racks dishwasher safe? null

Yes, they can be placed in the diswasher.

They do not recommend it but I put them in the dishwasher when there's space. It will probably affect their finish, eventually, so I plan to replace them at that point.

Personally I would not do. I think these are enamel pans. Hand wash if u can
