A:Answer It should click in, if it doesn't then either the port is worn out which is very unlikely or the cable isn't in far enough. It could even be in the wrong alignment, give it a quarter turn and try again maybe a half a turn. Unless you can see for sure you have it the right way. If so, try plugging the opposite end into the sound bar, does it click now? If it does then maybe you have a cable with a poor molding
