• This TV supports 4K. To change the HDMI mode try this: Long press the home button, go to Picture > Advanced Settings > HDMI Mode and select 2.0.

• You have to enable enhanced hdmi in the inputs on the TV and then make sure you set the Xbox to 4k after in settings. I had an issue with my S saying my TV didn't support 4k as well.

• bruuuuuh you need to make sure you are using the OEM HDMI cable that came with your xbox, and make sure you go to your settings and enable 4k for your xbox one x cause i have this same TV and an xbox one x and it is running at 4k all day every day.
