“The picture cuts off to black for a second and comes back or a white retangular bar appear whenever im watching streaming apps through wifi. Wifi connection is fast, and this only happens when im streaming, not when im at the Home Screen. Any suggestions?”

You may have fast wI- fi but depending on your service - if you have too many people / devices on WI-Fi at once (whether multiples tv's, phones or computers) it can interfere with service. So far I've very rarely had issues - and only for a second - and when we had a lot of devices going.
