• I had similar issues. Not a deficiency of the TV.Playing with video and sound format settings, and making sure the right inputs were connected fixed it. BUT, there is alwaysbthe possibility that yoursbia damaged or defective.

• I doubt this. That’s exactly the reason I bought this one. TVs are cheap. Go get yourself a new one. Good luck.
