“Dos this tv have a power button, or other buttons like volume, menu, etc.? I’ve tried looking and don’t see anything besides what looks like a power button at the bottom, but when I push it there’s nothing behind it to push into.”

Yes, the power button in on the bottom of the tv. It's just the one button and when you hold it down you get more options like volume, input, ect.
