“We just purchased this tv to replace a Samsung. The problem we’re having is there is no way to adjust the screen size. Some shows have black edges or black top/bottom. Why isn’t there a display option on this model?!”

From the user manual (haven’t needed this) PROBLEM Picture does not fill the screen. There are black bars around the picture. Solution: • Press and hold Home until the Quick Settings menu opens. Select Display - Picture Size, then change the setting. If Picture Size is grayed out (not available to select), change the setting for Auto Aspect to Off.
