“Will this work on an Acer M5-481PT-6488 Ultrabook? 65W power is a match, but can't tell if it comes with the correct tip that has a slit down the middle when looking down the barrel of the tip. Any M5 Ultrabook owners out there?”

Yes, ACER is listed as one of the brands which the charger packet includes a tip for. Additionally, the box lists a website to check for a complimentary tip which will fit if none of the eight tips provided in the charger packet do not fit your laptop.

There are 8 or so adapters so one should work. I would recommend taking your computer in and check it out at the store. Good luck.
