“Hi..I was trying to make rice using a PIP(pot in pot ) method and use rice function....but the rice is always half cooked ..and water would be left behind...can any one tell me what's is the problem?I added 1 cup water in the pot.”

Hi !! I use every day to make rice I put 3 cup waters and 2 cup rice

I have only tried rice in the main pot. I would double check pot in pot directions.

It sounds like you need to add additional time.I would also suggest maybe 1/2 cup more of water. I had trouble too. YouTube is a great resource for pressure cooking. Most pressure cookers are the same.
