“We purchased this freezer 2 days ago, and plugged in for approximately 20 hours prior to putting any food in. About 24 hours after putting food in, nothing is frozen (at all...). Power is on and freezer is on max setting. Troubleshooting help??”

Hi, Amanda. I is important to consider that most appliances (this one included) need to rest for at least 5-6 hours prior to plugging it. Not doing so could cause eventual malfunction.
