How many pounds of meat does this size hold ? null

Answer is on metal spec plate attached to the unit as well as in the user's manual

A lot. I have 50 steaks and 20 roasts. Yet there is plenty of room for vegetables frozen dinners, ice cream bread and a bunch of other things.,
