The parts website lists this wire freezer basket as compatible with the 7.0 cubic foot freezer. I can’t say whether it actually fits or not, because mine hasn’t come in the mail yet, but I hope it fits!

I got a WR21X10208 basket which is slightly narrower than the factory one and bent the hanger portion to make it wider to fit in the hanger shelf at the top of the freezer. It's a slightly smaller basket but it works fine for me.

If you go to this address you will find a listing for the basket, scroll down and they list the model numbers of the Insignia freezers the basket will fit.
