Should defintely not take more than 24 hours. Might be faulty. Is that little blue light glowing on the bottom front? If the blue light is not glowing perhaps your outlet is not working.

Garage Ready-Chest Freezer - White plugged in for 2 days, but it's still not cooling. One possible reason for this issue could be that the door isn't closed completely or has been opened too frequently. Alternatively, it could be due to adding a large amount of food recently, the freezer being disconnected for a period, or the thermostat being set too warm. To address this, you can check the door gasket and food distribution to ensure the door closes properly. Allow some time for the new food to cool down before checking again. Additionally, try setting the thermostat to a colder setting and give your freezer time to cool before adding more food. It typically takes four hours for the freezer to cool down completely. Moreover, if the issue persists, you may reach out our customer service hotline for further assistance. |Angelica| Insignia Support| https://www.bestbuy.com/site/insignia-7-0-cu-ft-garage-ready-chest-freezer-white/6385046.p?skuId=6385046
