“The manual says "do not place foods on the air outlet. Leave room for air flow." But there is no diagram which shows where the air outlet is on the inside of the freezer. Can you please clarify where the air outlet is?”

Thank you for your inquiry! The air outlet in the Insignia™ 7.0 Cu. Ft. Garage Ready-Chest Freezer is typically located on the back wall inside the freezer, near the top. This is where the cold air is circulated to maintain an even temperature throughout the freezer. Keith | Insignia Support
